Following completion of the Know Your Business (KYB) process, merchants will be required to complete Adyen's Know Your Customer (KYC) form.

As part of the onboarding process, merchants will be redirected to Ayden's onboarding process to verify their identity and set up their payout account.

The onboarding flow first captures core business and payment acceptance information.

Business Information

The merchant is required to provide:

  • Business type (Organisation or Sole Proprietor)

  • Organisation type and industry

  • Legal entity name

  • Website URL

Point of Sale Locations (QikServe kiosks only)

Where kiosks are being used, each Point of Sale (POS) location must be added individually.

Payout Bank Account Setup

The merchant is required to add a payout bank account using one of the following

methods:

  1. Bank Login (Recommended)

The merchant securely connects their bank account through the guided banking flow.

  2. Manual Entry

    1. The merchant manually enters:

      • Sort code

Legal Agreements and completion

Upon completion:

  1. Review both legal documents.

  2. Select an existing decision maker and click on Sign.
