Introduction to Pay Hub

Log in to Pay Hub

A user that has been set up can log in to use Pay Hub.

  1. Open go.accessacloud.com in your web browser

  2. Log in using your email and password.

  3. Click the Access Button in the top left corner.

  4. Select Products from the left-hand menu.

  5. Select Access Pay Hub.

The home screen will open with a list of incoming transactions.

📌Note: If you are unable to see a list of transactions, speak to your administrator to manage your permissions.


Features

Transaction details

Within the transaction details screen of either a payment or payout, you will be able to see details such as:

  • Transaction status

  • Date

  • Amount

  • Payment method

  • Last 4 digits of the customer's card

  • Expiry date

  • Card type

  • Customer's address details


Search Transactions

To filter by specific search parameters:

  1. Click on the specific category such as Amount, Date, Status or Payment Method.

  2. Use the drop-down list for a specific criteria.

  3. Enter the value and click Apply.

📌Note: To test the portal, we advise that the customer creates small payments (e.g. £1.00), using their card(s) then create a refund/payout transaction. Card schemes do not provide test card details for the live environment.


Refund Transactions

To view and refund an incoming transaction:

  1. Click on Payments in the left-hand menu.

  2. Search and filter for a specific transaction.

  3. Click on the transaction from the list to open it's details.

  4. Select Send Refund.

To view an outbound transaction:

  1. Click on Payouts in the left-hand menu.

  2. Search and filter for a specific transaction.

  3. Click on the transaction from the list to open it's details.


Export Transactions

To export a list of transactions:

  1. Click on Payments in the left-hand menu.

  2. Search and filter for a specific transaction list.

  3. Select Export in the top right-hand corner.


Transaction Disputes

Disputed transaction will be shown in this area. They can be filtered by Chargebacks and possible Fraudulent transactions. The transaction list can also be filtered by Payment Method (i.e: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) or the Reason for the dispute.

  1. Click on Disputes in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click on On-going & closed to view a list of cases.
